Deserts Nature-Based Solutions Summit

This event is being hosted by the California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA), Coachella Valley Mountains Conservancy (CVMC), The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens, Mojave Desert Land Trust (MDLT), and The Nature Conservancy (TNC).

California’s deserts are home to unique biodiversity and wildlife corridors, provide important recreational opportunities, and play a role in storing carbon. But these fragile landscapes also face threats from disturbance.

The Deserts Nature-Based Solutions Summit will bring partners together to celebrate progress, build connections, and explore ways to expand nature-based solutions through conservation and restoration.
