Workshop- Southern California Oak Woodlands: Fire, Change, and Collaborative Stewardship

The California Fire Science Coalition and the Society of American Foresters invite you to join us for Southern California Oak Woodlands: Fire, Change, and Collaborative Stewardship on May 13, 2026 at Quail Hill Community Center in Irvine, CA from 9 - 3 PM.

This interactive workshop will bring together land managers, researchers, Tribes, Tribal organizations, policymakers, and community members to explore how fire shapes oak ecosystems and how collaborative stewardship can build resilience in a rapidly changing environment.
