Wildland fires have a relationship and purpose within the environment. Some ecosystems are well adapted to fire and actually need it to maintain health, others are negatively affected and can be devastated by fires. Join us as Professor Scott Abella with the school of Life Science at UNLV explores how fire shapes ecosystems and how they have impacted places like Wetlands Park and lands of the West.
