About the Presenter
Dr. Kristen Shive
Kristen graduated in 2017 with her PhD in Ecosystem Science from UC Berkeley, and she also holds an M.S. in Forestry from Northern Arizona University. Her research has broadly focused on applied research questions that can support forest and fire management decision-making. After a long career with the National Park Service, she has recently accepted a job as Senior Scientist with Save the Redwoods League.
