This 125-page handbook, written for NPS employees, outlines the official National Park Service guidelines for fulfilling the legal requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and for "practicing excellent impact assessment and resource conservation." As such, many sections of the handbook can serve as a guide for other agencies.
